We Are Colmac Homes

Jason McMillan (pictured right), Owner and Director, started Colmac Homes back in 2002. As a registered builder, Jason takes care of the everyday running of the business, including estimating and meeting with clients. Although he doesn’t find time to get onto the tools much himself anymore, he does ensure that every house is built to his high standards.

Brad Coleman (pictured left), also an Owner and Director, started with Colmac Homes from the beginning as our leading carpenter. In his current role as Site Supervisor, Brad takes control of your dream home and ensures that all the trades are working together from start to finish.

Both Jason & Brad have young families, and take a very keen interest in the St Kilda Football Club and fishing.

Nicole is our Sales Representative and Colour Selection specialist. From discussing plans, prices and spending the day with you in the Colour Selection Centre, she will ensure all the finer aspects of your house are exactly what you want. Nicole also heads up the marketing for the company and helps you design your new house.

Marie works with Nicole and has a lot of interaction with our clients. Marie will ensure you are fully informed each week on what stage your house is at. She also works with Nicole on Contract signing & Colour Selection.

Daniel is our in-house Draftsman. One of most important aspects for many clients is to ensure their dream house can be put to paper, and Dan makes that happen. Whether it’s a small 2 bedroom beach house to a large double story, Dan will work with you to get you your new house exactly how you want it.

Carolyn’s main role is to keep our records up to date. You may also see her out cleaning your new home before hand over.

Alan started working with us in 2013 as the Business Development Manager. Alan’s role varies from day to day, and includes working on Marketing, OH&S, Accounting and Costing.

Darren is the new consultant for the Bairnsdale Display. He has been involved in the building industry in Gippsland for the last 25 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the position, having assisted many Gippslanders into new homes over that time.
