In 2012 we were honoured to receive a Best Display Home award in the $200,000 - $300,000 price range from the Master Builders Association of Australia. This achievement was repeated in the $300,000 - $400,000 price range in 2014. We also took out the award in the $250,000 - $350,000 price range in 2017. We’re extremely proud of these achievements as they showcase the outstanding quality we deliver to our satisfied customer year after year.

Owner and Director, Jason McMillan, launched Colmac Homes in 2002 with the vision of providing the highest standard of custom designed homes throughout the Sale, Gippsland and East Gippsland communities. Along with Owner/Director and current Site Supervisor Brad Coleman, Colmac Homes has grown into a multi-award winning home design and construction company.
Despite evolving into an industry leader, Colmac Homes maintains a strong link to the local community and operates as a proud family business. To date, three generations of builders have been part of the Colmac journey, bringing together a combined 53 years of experience in housing and construction.
