With instruction and liaison from the Sale Agricultural Committee, Colmac Homes designed the proposed new Recreational Complex, including Caravan Park Amenities and Offices for Sale Agricultural Society Committee and staff. This building was designed with a facade that could attach to the original ticket box, 150 years old, and blend as best possible.
The works/services to be provided under the Contract was to undertake the demolition of existing structures, old offices, toilet block and the bridge club rooms, and the construction of the new building/amenities at the Showgrounds.
The implementation of Disabled Amenities for the Caravan Park at the Showgrounds was a very important addition to this new complex.
Time performance of this contract was critical. The project was to start mid January 2018 and had to be completed by no later than mid August 2018.
